   - Service Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of these services at any time without prior notice.

4. Special Disclaimer for Informational Content
Once "Home Repair Tips" or "Maintenance Guides" are provided:
   - Informational Purposes Only: All tips and guides are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering or construction advice.
   - Risk Acknowledgment: Any repairs or modifications performed by the user based on information provided on the site are done at the user's own risk. Two Construction is not liable for any property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of such information.

5. Preliminary Online Estimates
Regarding the future "Online Quote" feature:
   - Non-Binding Quotes: Any automated or online estimates provided are preliminary and non-binding.
   - Final Pricing: A final, binding contract and price will only be established after a formal site visit and a signed written agreement by both parties.
